Who is responsible

DM SOFT P.C., with the details in section 5, is responsible for the personal data collected through tablemanager.gr. For anything concerning your data, write to info@deliverymanager.gr.

What the Get started form collects

The website asks for personal data only in the Get started form. There you fill in the venue's name, type, city and seat count, the services you are interested in, any notes, and a contact name, role, email and phone. Sent with them are the language you use on the website, the add-on page you started from, if any, and the time of submission.

Why and for how long

We use them to reply to your request, arrange a demo, prepare a quote and, unless you object, to keep you informed about TableManager. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; for that follow-up, the Turnstile check and the statistics, our legitimate interest in promoting our product and running the website securely. We use them for nothing else and do not share them with third parties for their own purposes. We keep them for as long as it takes to handle the request and for the duration of any collaboration that follows.

Where they go

The form travels encrypted (HTTPS) to Amazon Web Services infrastructure in Ireland (region eu-west-1), where a program of ours turns it into an email and sends it through Amazon SES to info@deliverymanager.gr, a mailbox hosted on Google Workspace; Google is based in the USA and the transfer to it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which it is certified. That email is the only place your details end up; the program's technical logs contain no personal data. The content delivery network that serves the site (Amazon CloudFront) keeps access logs that include your IP address, your browser type and the page requested. We use them only to see which crawlers visit the site, and they are deleted automatically after 90 days. Before a submission is accepted, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that it comes from a person rather than an automated script. The check is performed by Cloudflare, which receives technical details of your connection, such as your IP address (Cloudflare privacy policy). If automatic sending is unavailable, the form suggests emailing us the same details; the message then leaves from your own mail program.

Analytics and cookies

To count how many people visit the website and which pages they view, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics. The counting is done by Cloudflare, which receives with each visit the technical details of your connection, such as your IP address, browser type and the page you are viewing, without building a profile (Cloudflare privacy policy). It sets no cookies and uses no other identifier of your device, does not follow you across other websites, and gives us aggregate figures only, not visitor profiles. The website sets no cookies of its own, which is why it shows no consent banner. Your language is no longer stored on your device: it is part of the page's address. The only thing written locally is a timestamp, set when the site is updated while your tab is open, so the page reloads once rather than in a loop. The typefaces are served by the website itself, with no request to a third-party provider. Cloudflare is based in the USA; the transfer to it relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, under which it is certified.
